There are two ways of placing an order with Z id:

Ordering via fax (return of agreed to quote)
Having checked your quote and agreeing to Z id stated price and terms you can simply fax back your official registered Z id Quote to
61 2 4353 0651 and this will be our confirmation that you are placing an order with Z id.

Special requirement if faxing order

Note: If choosing to fax back quote as confirmation of order and imprinting is required you will also need to email to us your correct artwork files together with your quotation number that we have provided you.

Ordering online
You also have the choice of using our ‘Online Order Form’. Here you will be able to fill out your Z id product order details and conveniently submit your order request online together with your correct artwork files if imprinting is required.

Order acceptance
Shortly after either faxing back our quote as confirmation of order or placing your online order with us we will review your order. If all details are correct you will receive an email notification of order acceptance together with copy of invoice that will include all details of your purchase including your shipping charges and carrier parcel tracking information.
